3. Tanaav mehsus hone par kele ka sevan aapke tanav ko door karta hai kyuki isme maujood amino acid apke shareer me taanav hone waale hormons ko kam karega isly ye ek bahut hi accha upaay hai..

4. Students ko exams ke pehle kela khaana chahiye kyuki kele me maujood kyuki kele me paay jaane waale high potassium dimaag tez karta hai.. jisse exam me students ko bahut madad milti hai..
